HEALTHY RECEIPE OF THE WEEK! TUNA CASSEROLE

So since decideing to eat healthy I started racking my brain of what healthy meals I can make! It kinda get's boring with the same ole backed chicken breast or baked fish. So today I came up with a delicious and healthy easy quick meal enjoy!


Ingredients

2 cups of WHOLE WHEAT Pennie pasta (REMEMBER BREAD & PASTA IS THE DEVIL ONLY WHOLE WHEAT)
1 Can of low sodium cream of chicken soup...Some people use cream of Mushroom or Celery.
1 Can of 8 oz or 12 oz tune (A LIL XTRA PROTEIN NEVER HURTS).
1 Pack of shredded cheese optional if you must use get low fat!
1/2 of bag of frozen sweet peas......you also can use broccoli or spinach.
Sal & Pepper, Garlic.

Directions

Cook pasta as directed on box...Wheat pasta sometimes takes longer to cook.
In a sauce pan bring cream of chicken to a simmer stirring occasionally.
Once pasta is done rinse let cool. Add veggies, cream of chicken, sweet peas and tuna.
Pour in a baking dish and pour any remaining cream of chicken on top along with shredded cheese. Bake on 350 for 20 min or till cheese starts to bubble.
remove from oven set aside and let cool.

DINNER IS SERVED!
